What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Returns / exchanges must include a copy of your receipt. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Customers are responsible for return shipping. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Sometimes there is a delay for USPS tracking numbers to update. Your tracking number will be updated once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 2-3 business days to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
