Ordering

To select items for an order, choose the color, size, and quantity, and add them to your shopping cart. If the desired color or size is unable to be selected, this indicates the item in the desired color and size is currently out of stock. Once you have selected the items for your order, click through to your cart to complete the checkout process.

Shipping

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Sometimes there is a delay for USPS tracking numbers to update. Your tracking number will be updated once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 2-3 business days to update.

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

If an item selected on your order is out of stock, a notification will be sent to the email address provided, and that portion of your payment will be refunded. At this time, we are unable to make substitutes for out-of-stock items in your order.(Please note: Order Confirmation emails are automated emails that are sent prior to contacting you about an Out of Stock item.)

Many of our products are limited edition or seasonal drops and will not restock after quantities run out on our website. We do our best to provide a broad variety of fresh options for our customers. While some of our core styles in apparel, headwear, and accessories carry over from season to season, they may return in different colors or fabrics.

We do offer restocking email notifications for out-of-stock products, but there is no guarantee that a specific item will be restocked.

Returns & exchanges

Free returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of delivery when you opt-in for Unlimited Free Returns/Exchanges at checkout. Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return or exchange items for FREE. If you decide not to buy Unlimited Free Returns/Exchanges, you can still return or exchange your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

NO returns or exchanges on sale items, mystery box items or Upper Left Club products.

Sizing

All of our Men's, Women's, and Unisex apparel sizing is based on the measurements indicated on our Sizing & Fit page. We generally recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit for your hoodies and tees!

If you ordered a size that is too big or too small, we can get a new size shipped out to you through our exchange process. If a different style or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you'd like. Please see our Returns & Exchanges section for further information

Damaged & Defective Items

Our customer service team will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of any item purchased directly on The Great PNW website if it arrives damaged or defective (inventory limitations may apply).

We may require you to send images of the damage or provide further information. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent out. Replacements are provided at the discretion of our team.(

Yes! You can purchase a digital E-Gift Card directly on our website. It will be emailed to you immediately after checkout, making it the perfect quick gift for the outdoor lover in your life.
