Return Policy

Free returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of delivery when you opt-in for Unlimited Free Returns/Exchanges at checkout.

Your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return or exchange items for FREE. If you decide not to buy Unlimited Free Returns/Exchanges, you can still return or exchange your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will find the exact shipping rates available for your order after providing your shipping address during the checkout process.

Order Processing

The Great PNW order fulfillment hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ship straight from our warehouse in Spokane, Washington, where each order is hand-picked and packed by Johnny, our warehouse manager, while riding a skateboard! (See our Meet the Team page). Any orders placed outside of these hours or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Sometimes there is a slight delay for USPS tracking numbers to update in their system. Your tracking number will be updated once your package reaches a USPS checkpoint. Please allow 2-3 business days for this to update.

We ship from our warehouse in Spokane, WA Monday-Thursday 8-5pm and the following shipping options are available:
