One of the most influential skiers to grace the mountains of the Northwest isn't an X-Games medalist and doesn't have a part in the latest snow flick. Otto Lang introduced the first official ski school on Mount Rainier in 1937. He's since taught countless people how to ski, starred in and directed many films, and was inducted to the Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame.
